Distance Sales Contract

TuzluSu – Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties
This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) has been concluded between the “Buyer” and the “Seller,” whose details are provided below, regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the Buyer via the tuzlusu.co website, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the relevant regulations.

2. Subject
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties concerning the sale and delivery of the product/service ordered by the Buyer through the tuzlusu.co website, including its specifications and sales price as stated below.

3. Product/Service Information
The type, quantity, brand/model, color, sales price, and payment method of the purchased products are as specified in the order form. All products are shipped from stock and are not custom-made.

4. Delivery Information
The product shall be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer in the order form. Delivery will be completed within the legal period, not exceeding 30 days.

5. Shipping and Delivery Costs
Unless otherwise stated, shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer. During promotional periods, the Seller may cover these costs, which will be indicated in the product details.

6. Payment Method
The Buyer is obliged to pay the product price using the payment methods specified on the website (credit card, bank transfer, etc.). Processing of the order is possible only after full payment has been received.

7. Product Inspection and Acceptance
The Buyer is responsible for checking the product before accepting delivery and should not accept packages that are damaged or torn from the courier. Any product accepted by the Buyer shall be deemed to be delivered complete and in good condition.

8. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, without providing any reason. Within the scope of the right of withdrawal, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.

9. Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must send written notice to the Seller via sudetuzlak@gmail.com within the specified period. The product must be returned within 10 days together with its original packaging, invoice, and all accessories.

10. Refund Process After Withdrawal
After the returned product reaches the Seller, the product price will be refunded within 14 days via the same payment method used by the Buyer. Return shipping costs shall be borne by the Buyer.

11. Non-Returnable Products
Products that have been used, damaged, or whose packaging has been opened are not eligible for return.

12. Warranty and Liability
The sold products are subject to defective product provisions under the Law on the Protection of Consumers. In the event of a defective product, the Seller shall fulfill its obligation to provide a replacement or refund.

13. Dispute Resolution
In disputes arising from this Agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts located in the Buyer’s place of residence shall have jurisdiction, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye.

14. Effectiveness
By confirming the order on the website, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this Agreement. This Agreement enters into force at the moment the order is completed.
