TuzluSu Return Policy

You may return products purchased from TuzluSu within 14 days of receiving your order.

How Does the Return Process Work?

• Please send an email to hello@tuzlusu.co with the product you wish to return and your order details.

• After receiving our response, you may ship the product to the address provided using your own shipping method. (Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.)

• Once the returned product(s) reach us, your refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

• Depending on your bank, it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Conditions for Returns

• The product must be unused and undamaged.

• The original box and packaging must be intact and unaltered.

• All parts and accessories included with the product must be returned in full.

• If the product does not meet the return conditions (for example, if it is damaged), the return may not be accepted and the product may be sent back to you. In such cases, any additional shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
